Fast search and scanner
Search by name, article or barcode. Scan, and the product goes into the basket by itself; a phone camera works as a scanner too.
Mixed payment
Cash, card terminal, QR code, transfer or installments. One receipt can mix several payment types.
Discount control
A cashier gives discounts up to the limit set by the accountant. For more, they tap "Ask permission" and the accountant approves or rejects.
Wholesale and weighed goods
Wholesale pricing, selling by kilo and meter, and packs (sack, box) with their own price and barcode.
Receipt return
The whole receipt is returned with a reason: goods go back to stock, money is subtracted from the daily takings, and the installment part is removed from the customer's debt.

Goods receipt document
Choose the supplier, date and branch, add goods by search or scanner. Payment in full, partial or on credit: the debt to the supplier is recorded automatically.
Reading an invoice (AI)
Photograph the supplier's paper, and AI reads products, quantities and prices and matches them to your products. You check and press "Accept".
Transfers between branches
On a two-column screen you drag goods across. When confirmed, stock changes and a PDF of what left and what arrived is downloaded.
Stocktaking and revision
Count goods with a scanner or one by one; the count is saved and can be paused. The result is a PDF act: shortage and surplus at purchase price.
Expiry dates and batches
Every part with its own expiry is a separate batch, and the checkout sells the earliest-expiring first. Alerts for goods nearing expiry.
Write-offs
Expired, broken or lost goods are written off with a reason; the loss is counted at purchase price and shown separately in the profit report. A PDF act is available.
